Van Ewyk led 17 of 20 laps across a race that saw three caution periods consume seven laps and produced three lead changes, underlining just how hard-fought the result was. The win was not handed to him — Van Ewyk held two incidents on his scorecard by the time he reached the checkered flag — but when it mattered most, the #46 Mazda MX5 was at the front.

Behind Van Ewyk, #87 Joseph Blommel delivered a composed run from third on the grid to claim the runner-up spot, his first podium finish in the series, crossing the line to take 175 points. Third went to #37 Dylan Stroud, who also claimed his first series podium, advancing five positions from his eighth-place starting spot. Crucially, Stroud did so without a single incident on his card — one of only two clean drivers across the entire 18-car field on the day. #033 Nathan Blatchford was another notable mover, climbing six spots from P10 to P4, while #64 Dan Kopinski had the reverse experience, tumbling eleven positions from P4 to P15 in one of the afternoon's sharpest reversals of fortune.

The hard charger award went emphatically to #157 Robert Davis, who threaded his way from 15th on the grid all the way to fifth at the finish — a gain of ten positions. That charge came at a cost of six incidents, suggesting Davis was pushing the limits of the MX5 throughout, but the result delivered 105 points and underscores the potential of the #157 entry as the season progresses.

The championship picture continues to evolve in dramatic fashion. Despite finishing ninth and watching the race unfold largely from the wrong end of the lead group, #54 Maxwell Waite retains the top spot in the standings on 740 points. The gap to second-placed Ryder Poe — who does not appear in today's finishing order — stands at 40 points, with #90 Zack Yordy a further 85 back in third on 615 points. Today's winner Van Ewyk may not yet appear in the top five of the standings, but a 200-point haul will certainly be felt as the series heads deeper into its calendar.
