Round 6 of the ATC Cup Series at Iowa Speedway belonged to Riley Bennett, as the driver of the #62 machine delivered a dominant performance to claim victory in the 100-lap event. Bennett, who started fourth, led 91 of 100 laps on a night when four cautions slowed the field for 16 laps. With a single lead change on the books, the #62 spent the vast majority of the race out front, crossing the finish line with a clean sheet — zero incidents — to take the 40-point haul. It marks Bennett's first win of the season and first all-time in the ATC Cup Series.

The performance of the night, however, belonged to #54 Mitchell Williams, who started buried in 15th and carved through traffic to finish second — a gain of 13 positions that earned him Hard Charger honors. Williams, who enters this result with two wins on his resume in the series, kept his own sheet clean with zero incidents across 100 laps, a remarkable feat for a driver who spent so much of the race navigating traffic. His 35-point score keeps him in contention, though he now sits 13 points off the top of the standings.

Nate Lesko rounded out the podium in the #20, starting second and falling one spot to third at the flag. Lesko's run was not without blemish — four incidents on the night — but the 34 points collected represent a solid result in his first podium finish in the ATC Cup Series. Ian Blanchard in the #74 and Bryce Shoemaker in the #25 completed the top five, with Shoemaker falling two spots from his third-place starting position. Pole sitter Gio Turpin in the #84 led nine laps early but faded badly, finishing 12th after dropping 11 positions from where he started.

That slide by Turpin at the front of the standings is notable heading into the next round. Turpin retains the points lead at 171, but Ian Blanchard's fourth-place run has brought him to within a single point at 170. Bennett's win vaults him to third at 166, meaning the #62 is now very much a factor in the title fight. Williams sits fourth at 158, with Randy Coryer rounding out the top five at 151. With the gap between the top three compressed to just five points, the ATC Cup Series points battle is as tight as it has been all season.
