John Crosby kicked off the RFRL O'Reilly Series season in dominant fashion at Texas Motor Speedway, starting second and overtaking pole-sitter Todd Parent in the #69 to claim his first victory of the campaign. The #73 machine crossed the finish line ahead of Brandon Hinton in the #5, who moved up one spot from his third-place starting position, and Brian Sousa in the #60, who also gained a position to complete the podium. Parent, who captured the pole position, struggled throughout the 115-lap event and dropped three spots to fourth place, while the race ran caution-free with zero yellow flags interrupting the action.

The story of the race belonged to Tiyler Walts in the #54, who delivered a spectacular hard-charging performance by climbing eight positions from his 14th-place starting spot to finish sixth. Despite accumulating 15 incidents during his charge through the field, Walts managed to outduel several competitors including Thomas Wynne in the #71, who started 10th and moved up five positions to fifth place. Tom Ringer in the #68 also had a solid run, gaining five spots from 13th to eighth, while David Burcicki in the #92 had a disappointing day, falling six positions from his fifth-place starting position to 11th.

Six drivers managed to complete the race without any incidents, including race runner-up Hinton and third-place finisher Sousa, along with Shaun Dionne (#3), David Burcicki (#92), Joshua Gillen (#21), and David Lewis (#53). The clean racing from several competitors helped contribute to the caution-free event, though contact was clearly made throughout the field as evidenced by the varying incident counts among the 15-car lineup.

Crosby's victory significantly strengthens his championship position, extending his points lead from 52 points over Tom Ringer to 63 points with seven races remaining in the season. The win netted Crosby 40 points, bringing his total to 359, while Ringer earned 29 points for his eighth-place finish to reach 296. Brandon Hinton moved up one spot in the standings to third with 276 points after his runner-up finish, while Todd Parent remains fourth with 268 points despite his disappointing drop from the pole position.
