The RatFink Racing League (RFRL) uses an automated Strike Escalation Ladder to ensure clean, respectful, and competitive racing. Driver incident logs are evaluated after each official race session to determine strike balances, penalty levels, and owed race control actions.

| At-Fault Incident | 1 Strike | Contact causing a spin, damage, or position loss to another competitor. |
| Severe At-Fault | 2 Strikes | High-speed, egregious, or multi-car incident caused by reckless driving. |
| Lap 1 At-Fault (2x Multiplier) | 2x Strikes | Any At-Fault incident occurring on Lap 1 carries double strikes (e.g. 2 strikes instead of 1). Take extra care into Turn 1 and restarts. |
| Self-Spin / Unassisted Caution | 1 Strike | Any self-spin or single-car crash that brings out a yellow flag is ruled an At-Fault Incident, even if no other competitor is contacted. |
| Racing Incident | 0 Strikes | Unavoidable racing contact where no single driver is predominantly at fault. |
