Discord, Race Chat & Text Guidelines

No bullying or harassment.

Race with respect — accidents happen, keep it fun.

Session Rules & Details

Sessions are capped at 4k iRating, Will not be able to join and only spectate.

Your car number must match your league number.

You must join the session before qualifying ends.

Lucky Dog and Wave Arounds are enabled.

Qualifying will have strict scrutiny.

Start & Restart Procedures

Starts and restarts use the iRacing Restart Zone System.

The leader must maintain iRacing pace speed.

Initial start is on the green flag.

Restarts are on the leader in the restart zone.

Drivers must be in the correct lane and tight before the final turn.

Do not beat the car ahead to the line.

Restart gaps must be no more than one car length.

Pit Road Procedures

Maintain pit road speed.

Stay to the far right of pit lane.

Drivers may drive through 3 boxes entering and exiting.

Cautions

Cautions are dictated by iRacing.

Manual cautions only in extreme cases.

Damaged cars unable to catch the field must tow or pit immediately.

During cautions: catch the field first, sort order second.

Hold your brake when crashing to avoid worsening the wreck.

Rejoin safely — do not pull into traffic.

Intentionally causing a caution is not permitted.

If you cannot maintain speed, return to the pits.

Black Flags

Only these black flags may be cleared:

A. Passing Under Yellow due to damaged/slow cars.

B. Pit Road violations caused by wreck avoidance.

Drivers must request their own clears and state their car number.

All other black flags stand.

Fraudulent requests may result in penalties.

Penalties & Incident Review System

Ticketing System

Drivers may submit tickets for incident review or appeals. This system ensures consistency and fairness across all races.

Penalty Breakdown

1 at-fault → Probation

2 at-faults → End of Line (EOL)

3 at-faults → Drive-through penalty

4 at-faults → Admin review for possible suspension

5 at-faults → Possible removal from the league

Reset Rule

If you receive an at-fault but then complete a race clean, 2 at-faults will be deducted or your total reset to 0, whichever is higher.

Replay & Appeals

Save your replay if involved in an incident.

Replays are essential for appeals.

General Penalty Notes

Severe incidents such as intentional wrecking or abusive behavior may result in higher penalties at admin discretion
